Michelle Clunie

Michelle Clunie is an award winning performer best known for 5 seasons on the groundbreaking Showtime series “Queer as Folk” and the independent film, Leaving Barstow (Breckenridge Film Festival, Best Supporting Actress). She has performed on stage in Neil LeBute’s West Coast premiere of The Mercy Seat (West Coast Backstage Best Performance of the Year), The original work- A Comedy of Errors (Drama-Logue Award), and The Vagina Monologues.

Other TV/Film credits include NCIS, Lie to Me, Make It or Break It, The Mentalist, CSI, The Closer, House MD, JAG, ER, The Jeff Foxworthy Show, The Usual Suspects, Lost and Found and many more. Ms. Clunie has also been recognized for her tireless political activism, her work in furthering Human Rights and her work with HIV/AIDS patients. She recently wrote her first play entitled “US”, which was produced last fall at the prestigious Theatre Row Off- Broadway
